On top of being an incredible riding horse Firefly is a gentleman to handle in every way. He is a kind and sweet horse. Firefly has kind dark eyes, a mixed mane, black tail ,4 white stockings and a perfectly centered blaze that lights up his pretty face. He is super easy to catch, clip, lead, bathe, groom, pick up his feet, trailer, load/unload... Firefly gets along with other geldings and is a nice mannered horse. He is very well behaved and trained. He is not spooky and will head down the road or trail without a worry. In the saddle he is wonderful. No fancy reining needed. Firefly will gait on a loose rein to your hearts content. He is very level headed and calm. He will just walk along as calm as could be on a loose rein but when you want to go a bit faster he will wow you! He does not get hot or excited he just does what he is told. Excellent on the trail, Firefly will go out alone without a worry or head out with the group too. He is a seasoned trail horse and is not spooky in any way. This is a horse that will make other gaited horse owners green with envy. They will look down at their horse and say, "why can't you do that?". He is a spectacular ridi!!! Gentle enough for beginners, skilled enough for intermediate riders to enjoy. He has something for everyone. |
